Glasgow News is an independent guide to the city. We don’t run display ads and we’ve no plans to. What we offer instead is a sponsored feature for a genuine Glasgow business, placed on the guide that matches what you do.
What you get
A short feature on one guide for £50, for 12 months. It’s labelled “Sponsored”, so nobody mistakes it for our own advice. Your link is marked as paid for search engines, which means it won’t pass search ranking. We don’t sell links that do, and we don’t sell places in our best-of rankings.
Who reads us
Google Search Console shows 1,970 clicks from Google search between 23 September and 20 October 2026, so about 2,000 a month. That’s search only, and it’s what we’ve measured. It isn’t a promise of how many will click your feature.
- Free parking in Glasgow: about 600 clicks a month, our busiest guide.
- Council tax bands: about 350 a month.
- Seasonal pages such as the Christmas markets guide. Searches for it have climbed since August and the season hasn’t started yet.
