Sunny Heart Travel was started by Thomas Cook staff after it collapsed in 2019.

We love working in travel and decided this was the best way to continue
in an industry we know and love.

Our business model is simple, to keep the customer at the heart of everything we do. All customer’s money is held in a trust account which means that we cannot access that

money until you travel. This means that we can guarantee refunds in the event of Covid related cancellations.

We also have reps in resorts to assist with everything while you are there. This is now considered a little old fashioned, but with the need to Covid test before returning it’s pretty much essential to help you

source the test in resort. We’ve also got discounted PCR tests in the UK.

We are also keeping our pricing consitent throughout 2021. That way you can be sure that we will not be profiteering from increases in demand as travel opens up. We have

direct contracts with hoteliers which gives us extra savings which we pass on to the customer and this can be seen in our competitive pricing.

Our experienced travel advisors are always on hand to help,  please call  0345 2220459

Great Holidays start with a Sunny Heart!
