Sally Challen who killed husband with hammer allowed to challenge murder conviction

Supporters of Georgina Challen – known as Sally – welcomed a ruling that she can challenge her conviction for murdering her husband. Challen attacked 61 year old Richard Challen with a hammer while he ate lunch at their home in Surrey in 2010 but a campaign group Justice for Women claim she was a victim of “coercive control”.
