The Parties:

4. The Offer applies only to Standard Card sizes.
5. The Offer entails obtaining One (1) Free Standard Card and Free Delivery.*
6. To redeem the Offer, Participants need to enter the promotional code THANKYOUTEACHER at checkout during their purchase.
7. Offers are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
8. Participants must be over 18 and reside in the UK or Ireland.
9. By redeeming the Offer, Participants affirm that they comply with the eligibility requirements of these Terms and Conditions. Moonpig reserves the right to demand reasonable proof of Participant’s eligibility for the Offer.
10. The Offer is limited to 1 use per customer. Offers redemption that are generated by a computer, algorithms or executed in bulk on behalf of companies or entities are not deemed acceptable by Moonpig.
11. The total count of Offer redemptions is firmly capped at one hundred thousand (100,000). Once this limit is exceeded, Moonpig will discontinue offering redeemable codes, without regard to whether the Offer period has concluded.

21. English law governs these Terms and Conditions and disputes arising from it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
